If your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’ll put it right. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll offer either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund (back to your original payment method)
There’s no need to send the item back, just provide a clear photo showing the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges if:
You ordered the wrong size or colour, or
You changed your mind
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, drop us a message — we’re happy to help.
We’ll issue a refund or reprint for:
Damaged items
Manufacturing errors
Print defects
Wrong items received
Please submit a photo of the issue (or a video if multiple items are affected) via our contact form or email within 30 days of delivery.
If a delivery is unsuccessful or an address was entered incorrectly:
We can offer a reprint (at cost), or
A partial refund
Note: Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5″) are within our acceptable tolerance and not considered defects.
